This eMinds CA teaches you how to upload a file in a disc chat when you are using Android.
Open Discord. It has a light blue icon in its center with a white game controller. You can usually find it on your home screen or in the app drawer.
Tap ☰. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.
Tap on the server hosting the channel. The icon of each server is listed on the left side of the screen. A list of channels will appear.
Tap on the channel. This should be the channel where you want to upload the file.
Tap +. It is at the bottom-left corner of the screen. It opens up your Android’s gallery, as well as icons for other types of files too.
Tap the Files icon. It is like a sheet of paper with a fold-down right-hand corner.
Tap the arrow next to the file you want to upload. The arrow is on the right side of the file name, and it points upwards.
You may have to scroll down to find the file you are looking for.
Tap on the paper airplane button. It’s in the lower-right corner of the screen. This uploads the file to the discord channel.
If someone wants to see uploaded file, they can tap on its icon in chat.
