Setting up your service provider account on DayClips is a picture for online appointment scheduling. Once your account is set up, you will be able to make in-person and online appointments through your website or blog. Here’s how easy it can be
Setting up your DayClips service provider account is complete with just three easy steps. In the first screen, you provide your business from a drop-down list and complete the basic contact information. Only required fields include your business name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address.
If you have a website, be sure to indicate this in the related area. By including your cell phone number and carrier you will be able to send text messages to your current and potential customers.
Sign-up on the website. This allows you to submit data for deposits and advance payments for your services. DayClips informs you when a customer or patient makes an advance deposit or payment. But do not deposit DayClips or advance payment. DayClips gives you this information so that your business can collect money. Do not forget to select your time zone, read the terms and conditions, and complete the spam protection box before proceeding.
Register account manager for appointment scheduling. This person manages the necessary tasks and access to those tasks. The bottom part of this page asks you to complete the username and password. Your username and password can be changed after registration in the Settings section of DayClips.
Upload a photo of your choice. When the user takes an appointment, this picture will be displayed along with your profile. It’s okay to upload a logo for the photo. Just make sure the format is jpg, png or gif. Click “End Account Registration” and you have signed up and are ready to go!
Specify business hours: After signing up with DayClips and completing your profile, go to the Settings section. To specify your normal business hours, first go to business hours. Staff hours are set to work hours for a specific staff member.
Specify staff members: This is the place to designate members of your business. In this section you can set the working duration, time off, and the type of services for individual staff members.
List of services: This is the place to specify services provided by your business. Here you can add location for different services, duration, optional pricing, optional deposit, and if you want the service to be available for booking online. Some services, for example, such as a surgical procedure, can only be booked by you.
If you have a service that you are offering as a promotion for a limited time, then specify the duration of your service.
Auto-confirmation, order of services and other options are available.
