Experience of customer service can be a valuable skill in many jobs, so you obviously want to include it on your resumption. To highlight your experience, try to create a skill-based resume, where you organize your resume based on skills rather than jobs. Then, when you go to apply for jobs, make sure you tailor what you say about your experience in each situation so that your potential employer can see how you are a great fit.
Creating a Skills-Based Resume
Emphasize your skills. When you are incorporating customer service on your resume, it may be better if you insist on skill, not the job that you acquired it.
