eHarmony is an online dating service that helps in adding singles. If there is no luck on your site or you are in a committed relationship, then you want to delete your account. To delete your account, you must first “close” your account. From there, you can remove all your information by contacting eHarmony directly via phone or email.
Closing Your Account
Login to eHarmony.com using your username and password. If you can not remember your login details, you can click on the “Forgot Password” link and e-Password will send you an email to reset your password.
Click on your profile at the top of your screen. Go to the top of the screen and click on your profile in the navigation bar. It should bring down a drop-down list with links that say “My profile,” “My match,” and “Account settings”.
Click the “Account Settings” link. Navigate your cursor to “Account Settings” and click it to go to your General Account Settings page.
Click the “Billing” button. The correct icon will say “billing”. Click on the icon to be taken to the billing page, where all your personal billing information is located.
Click the “Close Account” button at the bottom of the screen. Will be a blue hyperlink that reads the “closed account” at the bottom right of the screen. Scroll down all the way and click on the link.
Click the “Yes, close my account” link. When you close your account button, a new window will warn you on your screen that you will lose your matches. Click on the link below that says “Yes, close my account” button to “keep my matches on forever.”
Your profile will become unavailable, and once you close your account, you will stop getting matches.
See for a confirmation email. Your account must be closed before your request because eHarmony removes all your information. Closing your account will make your profile unrecoverable, but if you decide to use the site again in the future, you will be able to retrieve your profile information.
Deleting Your Account Information
Make sure you want to delete all your information. If you decide that you want to use eHarmony again, but have deleted your account, then you have to reload all of your photos again, have to rewrite the content in your profile and the questionnaire on the site Will have to re-write.
